The room was filthy, with stained sheets, broken outlets, and even roaches. The bathroom was a nightmare, with mold in the shower and no hot water. It was a total letdown.

I got the double room, it was stocked and tidy. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in a central setting in close to shopping areas. Besides, The Great Barn was 3 km away from the venue. Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would love to stay here again.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfectly fine. The king room was brand-new, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a private safe.

Disappointing experience, to say the least. The room was unacceptably uncomfortable. The pull-out bed felt like sleeping on box springs. Gunk on the couch and red stains on towels left a lot to be desired. Noisy refrigerator and A/C unit didn’t help either. The pool was under repair—information I only discovered at check-in. Fitness room options were minimal. While breakfast was impressive and staff friendly, the overall cleanliness did not compensate for the discomfort. My past stays were much better, but this time was a letdown. Important amenities were lacking, and communication about late check-out was poor. I hope management steps up, but I hesitate to return anytime soon.

Great location near shopping and dining, but the property itself needs significant updates. The breakfast was decent, but the indoor pool has been closed for years, which was misleading. I encountered maintenance issues everywhere, from broken AC units to mold in the bathroom. Housekeeping struggled, with hair left in the bathroom and poor communication from staff. I did enjoy the friendly reception staff, especially Sandy, who made us feel welcome. Still, the overall condition of the hotel and lack of cleanliness made for a less-than-ideal stay. I’d look for other options next time.

The carpeted floor had visible stains and looked like it needed a thorough cleaning. Housekeeping seemed to overlook details, as we found a used water bottle on the floor next to the bed upon check-in. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, although the channel selection was limited. The bathroom amenities were decent, with free toiletries available for use. the sink area could have been cleaner, as we noticed water stains and grime buildup. The lack of garden furniture or outdoor seating areas was a missed opportunity to enjoy the surroundings. The absence of laundry facilities on-site was inconvenient for travelers needing to freshen up their clothes during longer stays. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was functional but had a dated appearance.
